Ingredients

Turkey

Pomegranate juice

Seasoning

Instructions
Cut the Turkey steaks into strips.
Beat them off a little.
Brush with spices and salt.
Pour in the pomegranate juice and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours at least.
Wash the bell pepper and remove the seeds. Cut into rectangles.
On wooden skewers, snake the Turkey with pepper.
Spread the skewers on the grill. I wrapped the tips of the skewers in foil so they wouldn’t burn.
Cook on the grill until Golden.
Kebab can be served.
The skewer is tender, soft and very tasty.
