The time indicated does not include pickling.
Pre-soak 4 wooden skewers in water.
Wash the Turkey steaks, dry them, and cut them into 3 parts each, across the fibers.
Wash the mushrooms, dry them, and remove the legs. Mix the ground garlic, pepper and lemon slices.
Add Turkey slices with mushrooms.
Add salt and mix. Leave for 30-50 minutes.
Then pour in the oil and mix again.
String on skewers, alternating mushrooms and Turkey pieces.
