- 400 gram Turkey breast fillet
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 0,5 piece Lemon
- 2 pieces Onion
- 3 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning for poultry
- 6 pieces Apple
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Put the meat pieces and onions in a bowl. Add lemon juice (0, 5 lemon), poultry seasoning, pepper and salt. Pour the garlic oil and mix well. We remove the bowl with the barbecue in the refrigerator. The time of marinating the barbecue is 6 hours maximum. I marinated for 2 hours. The meat turned out very flavorful!
- You can cook such a barbecue in nature or in the oven, or as I have in an electric shashlychnitsa. If in the oven, then cover the baking sheet with foil, put the grill and fry the shish kebab. Periodically turn over and lubricate the skewer with Apple juice. In nature, it's easier to cook on the grill.
