I offer a wonderful snack-a salad of turkey meat with string beans. It is prepared very quickly, it will please you with a delicate taste. The dish is moderately spicy and does not require a side dish. You can use any meat that you like — beef, pork, chicken.
Wash the string beans, cut into several parts, boil in salted water until soft, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to ice water for 4-5 minutes. Then discard the beans in a colander.
Cut the turkey fillet into small strips, add a little salt, red pepper, spices for the chicken, pour in the soy sauce, mix, leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Add starch.
Mix.
In a cauldron or deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, lower the meat into boiling oil, lightly fry, add garlic, fry briefly, pour in white wine. Evaporate completely.
Put the meat on the beans, mix, check for salt. Season with black pepper, chop the parsley and add to the salad. You can add vinegar, but this is optional.
