  1. Wash the mushrooms and cut them not thickly. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Parsley leaves (2-3 sprigs) are also finely chopped. In a pot on the window, fresh parsley was enough only to decorate the dish, but with dried it turns out delicious – a teaspoon of dried parsley adds the necessary flavor.
  2. In a deep frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. First add the onion, as it became transparent, add the garlic.
  3. As soon as the onion and garlic start to fry, add the mushrooms and mix thoroughly. Increase the fire a little. We’re always in the way.
  4. Pre-mix the cream and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. As soon as the moisture comes out of the mushrooms and they start to fry, pour in the cream with spices.
  5. Quickly mix, turn off the heat and let stand for a couple of minutes in the pan. Do not cover with a lid. The dish is ready. Perfect side dish for poultry and meat. But if you increase the portion, you can use it as a main dish.
