I wanted to cook something new and original minced meat. I remembered that I have a cookbook "the Best dishes of minced meat", looked through it and found an interesting recipe, as always, had to make their own additives to adapt to their own desires and capabilities. The result was a wonderful, juicy inside and crispy outside meat pie. In addition, not quite troublesome to prepare and simple in composition.

- The two remaining pieces of dough to sculpt together and roll them out a square with a side of 50 cm Grease baking dish and put it on a large sheet of dough. The resulting rolls tightly to each other put in a form on the dough layer. Cover the rolls with the edges of a large sheet of dough and lightly pinch the edges. The remaining melted butter mix with milk and pour the mixture over the cake.
