- Wash the mushrooms and cut them not thickly. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Parsley leaves (2-3 sprigs) are also finely chopped. In a pot on the window, fresh parsley was enough only to decorate the dish, but with dried it turns out delicious - a teaspoon of dried parsley adds the necessary flavor.
