  1. I really like the combination of celery with mushrooms.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into large pieces, grate the celery on a coarse grater.
  3. Mix soy sauce with sesame seeds, you can add a couple of tablespoons of water.
  4. Fry the mushrooms in olive oil for two minutes.
  5. Add the grated celery, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Season with a mixture of seeds and sauce and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  7. Very fast, simple and delicious – both warm and chilled!
