  2. Heat 40 g of oil in a frying pan and put diced bread (about 1 x 1 cm) and garlic passed through a press. Dry on very low heat for 7-10 minutes.
  3. Cut the bell pepper into cubes. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  4. Drain the liquid from the corn.
  5. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add salt, freshly ground pepper and mix. If necessary, add the remaining 10 g of vegetable oil.
