Today we have a salad of oranges with bell peppers, olives and chili peppers! This salad can be both an independent dish and a light vitamin side dish for meat. The salad turns out juicy, crispy and very tasty.

  1. I wash the bell pepper, peel it from the stalk and seeds and cut into strips.
  2. Orange cut into slices without partitions and films, olives – rings.
  3. Add finely chopped green onions, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Season the salad with any mayonnaise, mix. Finely chop the chili pepper, sprinkle the salad and serve.
