  1. Rinse the spinach leaves in running water, soak them in a bowl of acidified water (for better cleanliness) and rinse again under running water. Dry it. Cut into large “noodles”, season with orange juice, a mixture of peppers and a pinch of ground nutmeg. Mix and add mayonnaise.
  2. Now cut the cucumber and tomato into large strips. Gently mix with the seasoned spinach. Arrange on serving plates or in a large salad bowl for general serving. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese and a mixture of seeds on top (you can use your favorite chopped nuts). Design according to your taste. It is advisable to prepare a salad and season it before serving.
