Instructions
Wash all the vegetables. Zucchini, eggplant and cucumber cut into circles, onion and bell pepper into half rings, tomato cut into slices.
Put the vegetables in a bowl, and add the spices for marinating, dried garlic and olive oil.
Put the vegetables on a sheet of foil, put a few pieces of cheese on top.
Wrap the vegetables in foil. Put in the oven, cook on the “grill” mode, 15-20 minutes.
