  2. Prepare a standard vinaigrette: boil potatoes, carrots, beets. Diced boiled vegetables and pickled cucumbers.
  3. Add the beans (pre-drain the liquid), spices to taste.
  4. Preparation of the dressing: cut the onion into rings, half rings, pour a large amount of vegetable oil into the pan.
  5. Fry the onion until soft, it should not be lightly fried and not overcooked to a crunch, and also not burnt.
  6. We fill our vinaigrette with ready-made onions together with the butter on which it was fried. The dressing should be warm!
  7. Mix it.
  8. Add sauerkraut and herbs, mix again.
  9. The vinaigrette is ready. It turns out very tasty, juicy and fragrant.
