Incredibly fragrant pork ribs with vegetables. A great dish that will brighten up your usual dinner.

  1. Pork ribs are washed and cut into portions. Fry the ribs until golden brown in a frying pan with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

  2. Marinate the onion in apple cider vinegar for 20 minutes.

  3. We put the fried ribs in a heat-resistant mold, put half of the pickled onion on the bottom of the mold and sprinkle with rosemary. Then sprinkle each rib with salt, pepper, paprika and coriander, put potato slices, chopped bell pepper, pickled onions and mushrooms between the ribs. Add salt to taste and pour lemon juice and vegetable oil. Place lemon slices on top. The form is covered with a lid or foil. Put in a preheated 180 gr. oven for 60 minutes.
