Pork ribs are washed and cut into portions. Fry the ribs until Golden in a pan with 3 tbsp of vegetable oil.
Marinate the onion in Apple cider vinegar for 20 minutes.
The fried ribs are spread in a heat-resistant form on the bottom of the form, spread half of the pickled onion and sprinkle with rosemary. Then sprinkle each rib with salt, pepper, paprika and coriander, between the ribs spread the potato slices, sliced bell peppers, pickled onions and mushrooms. Salt to taste and pour lemon juice and vegetable oil. On top lay slices of lemon. The form is covered with a lid or foil.
Put in a preheated oven to 180 gr. for 60 minutes.
