A simple tasty dish from the usual roots. Our family loves this recipe very much. Waiting for fresh (says my mom) vegetables to cook it. Usually we do this dish until mid-October.
Next, cut the vegetables into strips (my mother likes large strips).
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and start to fry the beets first (5 minutes), then add the carrots and fry for about the same time. These vegetables are cooked longer than potatoes, so this sequence.
And, finally, potatoes))) all together fry over medium heat until tender. About five minutes before the end add chopped onions.
Sprinkle with herbs.
Lay on plates, put a pickle on the side (I have fresh).
