  1. Cut the cucumber into thin strips.
  2. Slice the boiled potatoes.
  3. Slice the boiled beets.
  4. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
  5. Chop the Peking cabbage.
  6. Peel the tangerine slices from the skin.
  7. Prepare the dressing: mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
