Instructions
Cut the cucumber into thin strips.
Slice the boiled potatoes.
Slice the boiled beets.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Chop the Peking cabbage.
Peel the tangerine slices from the skin.
Prepare the dressing: mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
