Low-calorie and lots of crispy recipe! Our wafers have a porous structure, thin and brittle. And for sweets and laconic openwork sheets from this dough can be used as a basis for waffle cakes.
Sift flour, salt, and vanilla into a bowl and mix.
Gradually introduce water.
Knead the dough until the lumps dissolve (preferably with a mixer), add baking powder.
And immediately start baking waffles.
Non-stick (Teflon) coating is not lubricated. Pour the dough into the center of the mold with a full deep spoon with a side from the set (or 2 tablespoons).
Press the upper flap down well (press for ten seconds).
The waffle iron on the screen is gray. Bake until crisp for 4 minutes.
(Our waffle iron is convenient, but not perfect.)
The baking mode and time are individual for each electric stove.
From this amount of ingredients 18-20, thin, crispy waffle plates are obtained.
