How to cook low-salted cucumbers and tomatoes, while making them crispy and delicious?! This dish is prepared quickly and with a minimum of ingredients. It will help to diversify cheap and angry any barbecue gatherings. We like the result of the taste of this snack so much that we decided to share it with you.
Prepare all the ingredients.
There are at least 2 options for preparing this salad - snacks.
The first option is when all the ingredients are mixed in a cellophane bag.
But I prefer the second option, when everything is placed in a large plastic container. It is up to you to decide which of the options to use in your kitchen.
Let's start cooking.
Cucumbers are especially delicious and crunchy in the season. I prefer cucumbers of small neat sizes. We remove their Asses and cut them in half. I put it in a container.
Cherry tomatoes are more dense, so I take them. I pierce it with a fork in 2-3 places.
Garlic press through the press. You can also use a small grater. Adding it to the container.
Fresh dill cut at random. Not very small. Adding it to the container.
Salt cucumbers. I close the container with a lid and actively shake the ingredients. Thus, the cucumbers will be wrapped around each other and soaked in the juice of garlic and dill. 30 seconds of active shaking will be enough!
I'll also add cherry tomatoes. I'll close the container and shake it a little more. Leave the vegetables for at least 2-3 hours. Periodically shake for all the time 3-4 times for 5-10 seconds.
Tomatoes, of course, need more time to marinate. I usually make this salad snack in the evening and send it to the refrigerator.
These vegetables are ideal for any meat. In the season of pepper, I add it.
