Cut pepper, zucchini and onion into thin strips, season with salt, drizzle with vegetable oil, sprinkle with rosemary and leave for 10 minutes.

Cover with the other half of the sheet and fry in a preheated pan without oil for 5-7 minutes on each side.
Frying sheets will make the salad juicy and spicy without much dressing. Place the cooked chicken with vegetables in a salad bowl, drizzle with lemon juice or serve with a lemon wedge.
