Cut the chicken fillet into strips and fry.
Then add the soy sauce, and simmer under the lid until tender.
Blanch the string beans for 5-6 minutes , then put them in a colander and let the water drain.
Zucchini cut into slices, or bars, and lightly fry.
Cut the peppers without seeds into cubes, add to the zucchini, add a little salt, and continue to fry, stirring, until ready.
Put string beans, zucchini, pepper and chicken in a salad bowl. Poperchit.
Add 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar ( I have homemade Apple vinegar ) and chopped herbs. Basil will do well, I added green onions. Stir well.
