Warm salad with pork, vegetables and pears under a spicy dressing! It is great not only as a salad snack, but also as an independent dish, tasty and healthy!
Pork cut into steaks, sprinkle with spices on all sides, you can salt (I did not salt), leave for 20 minutes.
Cut the pumpkin into cubes, divide the cabbage into inflorescences, cut the pear and onion in half, put them in a baking dish and sprinkle with olive oil.
Bake at 200 degrees until soft, about 10 minutes, then cover with something to keep warm.
Fry the pork in a grill pan (or in a regular frying pan) until the desired roasting. I quickly fry on high heat, turning, 10-15 minutes, no more.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
Cut the still warm meat into cubes, combine with vegetables and pears, sprinkle with seeds and sprinkle with dressing.
You can mix everything in a bowl with the dressing (add it to taste) and only then serve warm.
