Warm Salad with Squid Recipe
Salads with squid, crab sticks are very popular with children. These tastes are shared by the whole family when going to the family table. In my opinion, this salad will take its rightful place on the new year holiday table.

  1. The ingredients for the salad.
  2. Canned squid cut into small cubes.
  3. Boil carrots, cut into small cubes.
  4. Boil chicken eggs and cut into small cubes.
  5. Onions cut into small cubes.
  6. Rice steamed 1 package (60 gr.) boil in salted water until “al dente”.
  7. Boiled rice put in a bowl, rinse in cold water. Let the water drain out.
  8. Combine in a bowl cut cubes of canned squid, onions, carrots, boiled eggs, add the washed boiled rice. Salt the salad to taste.
  9. Season the salad with mayonnaise (3 tablespoons).
  10. Ready!
