With a spoon-make balls from a piece of watermelon or simply cut into cubes of 1 cm.
Peel daikon or radish on the petals.
Grate garlic and ginger on a fine grater. Chop the chili pepper with a knife. Put everything in a clean container, add soy sauce, sesame oil and lime juice. Close the lid and shake well.
Mix the watermelon and daikon in a bowl, pour over the dressing, sprinkle with crushed mint and mix.
Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown and fragrant. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.
