  1. Cut the onion into thin half-rings and marinate in lemon juice for 10-15 minutes while we deal with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Cut the carrots into thin strips or grate them on a grater for Korean salads. Chop the cabbage. Chicken fillet, boiled in advance, disassemble into fibers or cut into slices.
  3. Mix yogurt, sour cream and table vinegar for dressing.
  4. Put the chopped vegetables, chicken, chopped dill and canned peas in a large salad bowl.
  5. Drain the liquid from the onion and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Season the salad with sour cream and yogurt sauce. (or just sour cream or mayonnaise) mix, try to add salt and pepper. You’re finished! There is a lot of salad, almost a “bowl”, my favorite salad. But it’s so delicious that we eat this salad twice. And you can see for yourself that you can reduce the amount of ingredients.
