I cook Laban cheese like this.. I take Greek yogurt 10% -500 gr. salt, 1.5 teaspoons of salt and everything in gauze. Then we put everything on a sieve, and press it on top and overnight. In the morning, dial Philadelphia from the resulting curd cheese.
