Bulgarian red pepper, olives stuffed with salmon, shrimps peeled and boiled in boiling salted water for one minute, cherry tomatoes, soy sauce, parsley…
She put the rice on two large plates.
I put three halves of pepper on the rice, and olives in the pepper.
I put the shrimp on top.
Cherry spread out the rice for decoration. In each half of the pepper, I stuck a small sprig of parsley from my windowsill garden.
I combined the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan. The sauce was served in their own serving plate. The soy sauce was added to taste separately as it was salty. Parsley was plucked directly from the pot. We are self-service… The little party turned out to be unusual and fun. We had fun looking at each other. Rice was eaten with a fork, and pepper with your hands… Everyone liked the salad better than the other appetizers on the table.
