Apple and Apricot Marmalade Recipe

  1. Wash the apples, cut into slices and remove the core.
  2. Squeeze the juice out of the apples with a juicer. In total, you should get 300 ml of freshly squeezed juice.
  3. Wash the apricots and remove the seeds.
  4. Put the apricots in a saucepan and pour the apple juice. Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour the contents of the saucepan into a blender, add sugar and whisk everything well. After straining through a sieve, pour everything into a saucepan and gradually pour in the instant gelatin, stirring intensively until the gelatin completely dissolves.
  6. Pour the finished fruit-gelatin mixture into the mold. Cool and refrigerate to freeze for at least an hour.
  7. Then remove the finished marmalade from the mold and cut into cubes or lozenges.
  8. Roll the jelly beans in coconut chips and put them on a plate. Store the finished marmalade in the refrigerator. Enjoy your meal.
