In the bustle of the pre-holiday days, I really want to distract you, cooks, and treat you to a wonderful cupcake. Fragrant, juicy, lush and delicious. Come in, the table is set. Tea or coffee?
Cupcake products.
! The recipe is old, from the cherished notebook, when almost all the ingredients were measured with a faceted glass.
Glass = 250ml. Sift the wheat and oatmeal flour with baking powder. Mix well.
Beat the eggs with vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and sugar until white and the mass increases in volume. Pour in the corn oil and stir.
Combine both mixtures: flour and egg. The dough is fragrant and thick, falling from the whisk with ribbons.
Wash the apples, peel them, and cut them into medium-sized cubes.
Stir into the dough. Put half of the future cake in a greased form, throw the cranberries (if desired), spread the remaining half of the dough on top.
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven until cooked through ~60-70 minutes.
!! FOCUS ON THE WORK OF YOUR OVEN!! Cool the
first 15 minutes in the form, then on the grill.
If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar or glaze. I didn’t do either this time.
The cake is juicy, not dry, very fragrant and tender.
