  1. Sour cream in the aspic dough can be replaced with kefir or natural yogurt. For the filling: boil 4 eggs, cool, peel and finely chop. Green onions (there should be a lot of them), wash, dry, finely chop, add salt to taste. You can add a little black pepper.
  2. Knead the dough: add sour cream, salt, sugar. To interfere. Melt the butter. Beat 2 eggs. Alternately add melted butter and beaten eggs to the sour cream. Add baking powder to the flour and pour it into the liquid mixture. Mix well until smooth. You should get a mass that looks like a thick porridge.
  3. Grease the baking dish with a piece of butter. You can sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs. Pour a little more than half of the dough into the mold. Carefully place on top of the onion and egg filling. Pour the remains of the dough on top, carefully distributing it over the entire surface of the pie.
  4. Put the pie in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake for about 35 minutes, until golden brown. Let the pie cool to a warm state, cover with a clean towel, then put it on a flat plate.
