Cut the ripe avocado into two halves, peel one half and remove the stone.
Peeled avocado, onion and tomatoes cut into cubes. Remove a little pulp from the other halves (with a spoon) and add salt without peeling.
Mix all the chopped ingredients in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with oregano and basil. Add olive oil, balsamic and mix.
Put the finished salad in half an avocado and a little on a plate. Garnish with fresh basil.
