Bagels from Three Ingredients Recipe
Simple, but very tasty, crumbly, shortbread bagels from a minimum of products that can be found in every home. Wonderful pastries for a family tea party!

Ingredients

Sour cream

Sugar powder

Instructions
Pour the flour into a bowl, rub the butter from the freezer. Mix well.
Add sour cream. Stir to make wet lumps. DO NOT KNEAD the dough!
Collect the lumps into a ball, wrap them in plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, whisk a couple of times and divide into 4 equal parts.
Roll out one piece into a thin circle 1 mm thick. Return the remaining dough to the refrigerator. Divide the rolled dough into 12 segments.
Make small incisions. Roll up the roll.
Form bagels in this way from the whole dough. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle the cooled bagels with powdered sugar or roll in powdered sugar. Enjoy your tea!
