Broccoli baked with Bechamel sauce. Cook in one go. And very quickly, if you don’t have time to cook dinner – this is what you need. A dish for a microwave oven.
Put the broccoli, not frozen, directly into the microwave container, cover with a lid and cook when ready (at full power) for 7 minutes, mix gently once or twice during cooking. If the cabbage is not frozen like mine, 5 minutes is enough.
The finished broccoli is disassembled into smaller inflorescences, spread in a baking dish, greased with butter.
Melt the butter at a low temperature for 40 seconds. Add flour to it. Boil the flour for 30 seconds at room temperature. Gently, stirring, pour in the milk and cook for 3 minutes at room temperature, stirring every minute.
If the sauce is thick, it can be diluted with natural yogurt or milk. Add curry and salt.
Pour the sauce over the cabbage.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and reheat in the microwave.
