According to the diet, I was offered any meat, only that it was lean (without fat). I took the pork. Cut into pieces about 2X3 cm in size. I took a clay bowl, where I would first marinate the meat, and then cook it in it.
Sprinkle the meat with salt, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika and rosemary, add chopped onion. Stirred and allowed to marinate for 30 minutes.
The meat was marinated. I add broccoli to it. I have frozen broccoli and I will put it to the meat without defrosting. Mix, put in the oven for 30 minutes at t-180 C. After 15 minutes, I took out the bowl, mix and put it back, turning on the grill, so that the dish is beautifully baked.
