Put the broccoli, not frozen, directly into the microwave safe container, cover with a lid and cook at receipt (full power) 7 minutes, once or twice during the cooking time gently stir. If cabbage is not frozen, as I have enough 5 minutes.

Melt the butter under PM 40 seconds. Add flour to it. Flour parboil for 30 seconds at PM. Gently, stirring, pour the milk and cook for 3 minutes with PM, stirring every minute.
If the sauce is thick, it can be diluted with natural yogurt or milk. Add curry and salt.
