Baked Meat with Pea Puree Recipe
A dish for lunch or dinner. I like that the meat is baked in the oven in about the same way as on the grill (do not add any oil or fat). I think it’s better than frying in a frying pan with fat.

  1. To prepare pea puree, you need to pre-soak the peas (for about 6-8 hours). Rinse the soaked peas, put them in a saucepan and pour water, add salt and put on fire. After the peas boil, remove the foam and put the finely chopped onion. Then reduce the heat to low and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. When the peas are cooked, add the butter and mix. Mashed potatoes are ready.
  2. Cut the meat across the fibers with 1-1. 5 cm thick plastics. Sprinkle the pan with a little water. Lay out the meat, season with salt and pepper and you can send it to the oven.
  3. After 20-25 minutes, the meat will be ready. Put the mashed potatoes and meat on a plate. Add herbs and, if desired, pieces of fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal.
