Instructions
Put the rice bags in boiling salted water and boil until tender for 15 minutes.
Pepper (pre-baked and peeled) cut into long slices.
Put boiled rice in a salad bowl. Gently pour a mixture of olive oil, garlic and lemon juice. Spread pepper on top and sprinkle with nuts.
Decorate to your liking and serve to the table.
