Wash the pepper well, remove the seeds, and cut into slices.
Transfer the pepper slices to a bowl, pour over the olive oil, add salt and spices. Mix thoroughly.
Arrange the pepper slices on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat. Bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, 20 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave the peppers there for another 5-7 minutes.
Mash the cheese with a fork, add kefir and finely chopped dill.
Spread the cheese on the Borodinsky bread rolls.
Spread the slices of baked pepper on top.
Add the chopped olives.
