Instructions
Potatoes, without peeling, cut into 4 parts, onion cut into 6 slices, garlic squeeze through a press.
In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, sugar, teriyaki sauce and garlic.
Place the potatoes and onions on a baking sheet or baking dish and pour over the sauce.
We put it in a preheated 220 degree oven. Bake, turning it over with a spatula from time to time, for 1 hour.
