  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking potatoes. Peel the potatoes.
  2. In order not to bother with slicing potatoes for a long time, we take a food processor. We will install a special nozzle, and in a minute our cubes will be ready.
  3. Transfer them to a saucepan and fill with water. Put it on the fire and sprinkle with salt.
  4. We cook our potatoes over medium heat until tender, but they should not be overcooked. I got a little distracted and was late with this, watch out for potatoes. We throw it on a sieve to stack the broth. Grease the baking dish with oil and put the potatoes in it.
  5. Sprinkle gorgonzola slices on top, but you can take any cheese with mold. Because our family is divided on two fronts in their love for this cheese, so one side is sprinkled and the other is not. In order not to dirty the extra dishes, but at the same time everyone was happy and full.
  6. Place the mold in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. The cheese should melt and the potatoes should turn golden.
