  1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into thin slices. Put it in a bowl, add vegetable oil, spice mixture, salt and ground chili pepper. Mix well so that each piece of pumpkin is soaked.
  2. Place the prepared pumpkin on a baking sheet. cover with baking paper.
  3. Bake the pumpkin in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes (preferably in convection mode). It turns out so delicious, soft, slightly caramelized. It can be used as an independent dish. At this stage I was ready to swallow it.
  4. Disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences. Put together with the string beans in a frying pan and pour in a little water (if the vegetables are thawed, then there is enough liquid in them and you can not add water).
  5. Simmer the vegetables for 10 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar and honey and cook for another 5 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.
