Baked Salmon with Mandarin Oranges Recipe
Festive, but quick and easy to prepare dish (when there is no extra time to stand at the stove). I really liked the combination of fish and tangerine in taste, and the appearance looked good on the holiday table.
Spices (herbs, salt, pepper)
For the marinade, mix soy sauce, “Narsharab”, salt, pepper and herbs ( or seasoning for fish) – Provencal, Mediterranean.
Marinate the fish for 15 minutes. As far as I know, it is not recommended to marinate fish in Narsharab sauce for more than 15 minutes.
Cut the tangerine into small circles. Place on a baking sheet. Put the fish on top and pour the remaining marinade over it.
On top of the fish, put another layer of tangerines. Put in the oven, preheated to 200*, for 15 minutes.
