Salmon baked with Zucchini Recipe
Salmon steaks with a side dish of zucchini baked in the same oven are an amazing dish that can decorate any table, especially a festive one. You could just arrange the zucchini around the steaks on one baking sheet, but it would not be so interesting and not so delicious. Detail: I did not clean the salmon from the scales.

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides, brush with olive oil, and put them in any container to marinate while the rest of the ingredients are being prepared (this step was not photographed). Squash or zucchini cut into plates with a thickness of 8-10 mm. Place on a baking sheet, pre-greased with vegetable oil, bake in the oven at 200 degrees until light scorching. Add a little salt and put a couple of slices of chopped or broken cheese on each of them.
