The drumstick of a Turkey baked with orange slices, onion and garlic in a soy-honey-mustard coating. It is not only festive, looks beautiful on a plate, but also very tasty, tender and flavorful meat with the addition of baked vegetables!
Wash the Turkey drumstick and cut it in several places across with a sharp knife.
Oranges cut into half circles and insert a few – in the incisions of the leg.
Put the drumstick in a baking dish, then put the pepper cut in half, onion, cut crosswise on top, garlic cloves and leeks to taste. Put the remaining orange in the mold.
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients.
It is good to miss and pour the sauce over the contents of the mold.
Seal the top with foil and cook at 200 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Then remove the foil and brown the top.
Serve with the drumstick on a plate, topped with baked vegetables and orange. Top with the remaining sauce on the bottom of the mold.
