Add the teriyaki marinade sauce, salt and ground pepper. Try the sauce with salt.
Put the drumstick in a bowl and pour the resulting marinade. Brush the incisions. Cover the dishes with a lid and put them in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours. I prepared the Shin in the evening. I turned it over twice and cooked it the next day.
Before cooking, grease the Shin on both sides with ketchup for the grill.
