Instructions
Chop the butter with a knife, separate the yolk from the egg, sift the flour with salt. Knead the dough by hand, adding cold water.
Form a ball of dough, cover with a film, remove to the cold.
Fill with water and cook according to the instructions.
Roll out the dough, cut it into squares and put it in molds, greased with oil.
Put a layer of peas or beans on top of the paper and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
For the filling, mix rice, cottage cheese, herbs, spices.
Beat the remaining protein with salt and add to the filling.
Let the finished baskets cool down.
Put a little filling on the baked base, put a piece of salmon fillet, and a little more filling on top.
Sprinkle each basket with grated cheese and lightly bake.
