Pour boiling water over broccoli and boil for 2 minutes, put it in a colander and cut into pieces. Can be cooked in a steamer.
Cut the fish into pieces, heat a little sunflower oil in a frying pan, fry the fish on all sides, literally 1-2 minutes, and fill with cream. Put out another 1-2 minutes on low heat. Salt and pepper to taste.
The dough will cut squares of size 10 cm or 8 cm depending on the size of your form.
Lay out the dough into shapes, pre-lubricate with oil and press your fingers against the walls to make the dough take the form of baskets, as in the photo.
Peel 2 cloves of garlic and cut into very small cubes.
On the dough in the molds put broccoli, garlic, fish (2 - 3 pieces in a basket), add to each basket 1 tsp sauce in which the fish was fried, and sprinkle with cheese on top.
Filling can be any. For example, mushrooms, chicken, ham.
Bake in a preheated 180*oven for 25-30 minutes.
Can be served hot or cold. Very tasty. Recommend!
