Bean and Avocado Hummus Recipe
The site offers many variations of chickpea hummus (classic), as well as buckwheat and even beetroot. But another legume crop-beans, undeservedly forgotten, only 1 recipe. And the beans make a delicious and tender hummus, this one is one of my favorites. I suggest that you also prepare hummus from beans with avocado, it is just a storehouse of essential vegetable protein and healthy fats!

  1. Boil the beans, according to the instructions on the package, do not pour out the broth.
  2. Using a slotted spoon, remove the beans to the bowl and add the avocado pulp.
  3. Add all the other ingredients: pepper peas to taste independently grind in a coffee grinder, garlic and coriander chopped, sesame (calcined in a frying pan until light brown), oil, lemon juice, nuts.
  4. Add salt and beat everything with a blender until smooth, adding a little broth from the beans, if it is too thick.
  5. Serve as a main course, as a snack, spread on bread / loaves, or as a sauce!
