Bean Salad “Home” Recipe
The salad is very easy to prepare, does not require specific products and turns out to be quite satisfying. Perfect for both a festive table and a warm family dinner. The salad has a sweet taste that goes well with pickles.

  1. Sausage and pickles cut into cubes and mix with canned beans.
  2. Chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Send it to the frying pan for sauteing, do not forget to add a sufficient amount of vegetable oil.
  3. Cool the onion and carrot. If necessary, drain the excess oil.
  4. Send the onion and carrot to the rest of the ingredients, mix, add mayonnaise (you need a minimum amount of it, since the salad does not turn out dry due to the presence of sausages with fat and oil on the carrots).
