  1. Products for salad preparation. Pre-drain the liquid from the beans and rinse with cold water.
  2. Salad preparation products, continued. Finely chop the onion.
  3. In a bowl, mix the beans, lettuce, onion and chopped garlic.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta (leave a little for decoration) with olive oil, salt and pepper, squeeze out a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice.
  5. Season the salad, let it soak for a couple of minutes and serve to the table. When serving, you can spread it out in portions and decorate with a bow of cheese, squeezing it over the salad.
