A very unusual salad with a sweet note. Very useful and easy to prepare. It is very tasty and quickly prepared. Serve it as an independent dish or with a side dish – buckwheat porridge, rice.
Soak the beans in advance and boil them. Boil the carrots and cut into strips. Grate the celery root on a fine grater. Peel the apple and cut into thin slices.
For the sauce, rub the mustard with sugar and soy sauce, add vegetable oil and mix until smooth.
Mix everything, pour the dressing and let it stand in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
